Do your GRATITUDE!
I have been doing my Gratitude journal for a month now. I kept hearing about the "Gratitude Journal" also the "Start Today Brand" Journal, which I would totally want one, but my budget right now has to have other things right now to cover, but it is definitely one of the things I would love to have, so I created a "wish list" of the things I would eventually love to put away money for, then I just work my way around the list.
I list out 5 things that I am so grateful about that happened during that day. It's small things, small blessings you start seeing everyday despite all the bad that did or has gone on about that day, but you choose to look at the positive side of the times, yeah things can still tick you off but, not like it normally would, that is how I am, I have generalized anxiety so I get really aggravated and antsy SO fast. since I have started writing things down that made me happy that day and also that night, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY, it really created a habit in my brain to LOOK for those moments.
You can get a journal anywhere, I got mine from 5 Below. There is this one that I am listing here through Amazon that I would really LOVE to have as well that I have been looking at. So I would like this one and the Start Today Journal that I will also post a link to as well! if you would want any of those to start YOUR GRATITUDE! It is so important to do this, I already am seeing the benefit from it and if you struggle with anxiety and depression it would be a great thing, in my opinion, to start this!
