You Choose, You Choose How To Live Each Day

When you begin your day, try to think of a positive thought you can tell yourself each and every morning. For example, "I am worthy", "I am strong", "I got this and nothing will tell me otherwise", etc. We all need some empowerment and confidence in us to get the day going on the right foot. I struggled with this, I would wake up and be like "NOPE!, I am not doing anything today." I would set myself up, I would set my MIND up in a negative way and not even think twice about it. I had no idea I was doing that to myself I would constantly find other reasons on why and how my day is going to be horrible disregarding the first thing I said to myself the moment I was at-least half awake. I tell myself that I am going to do my best today no matter what comes my way, this is positive and it uplifts me in the morning and the morning is not my friend, seriously!

If your like me your the type of person who could probably sleep until noon if they wanted to, am I right? Okay, maybe some of you love mornings or some of you just are doing great with waking up in the morning and there is no struggle for you at all, let me tell ya, your a lucky duck! I am getting there though, I have to just keep at a morning routine which has been truly hard for me. I am focusing on creating a schedule to stick to every day. My family and I are in the beginning of a new chapter in our lives so it is sort of difficult but I still have to try, try to be positive, try to be happy. If you have kid's you need to be there for your kid's, I KNOW we all have our days, trust me I feel like I have more worse days than good days sometimes. I get it, I really do.

The thing that I am trying to really say is... YOU CHOOSE. You choose how you are going to act, react to things, your attitude, your expression. It's on you to be the best you can be, period. Do not blame other people or things why you are how you are, life happens to all of us but you can to turn your day around with just one positive thought in the right direction. Did you know it takes 5 positive thoughts to deplete a negative one? That is how much negativity can and will rule our minds each day. So, start your day off on the positive side of the bed not the negative. You might be thinking..."I just can't", "I just have too much to do". Okay, you CAN do what you set your mind to and it is proven. You have to set your mind up and say" I CAN DO THIS!", " I WILL DO THIS!" it helps so much, may seem funny to you at the moment but when your waking up in the morning and you feel a negative thought coming on, knock it out with a positive thought and tell yourself that you got this and you will not let anything tell you otherwise.

I have a white board in front of my bed and I write a quote on my white board and I wake up to that quote, it's always inspiring and positive. It is right in front of my bed because that will be the first thing I see when I do wake up. I will post some pictures of my quotes that I do choose to write so you can see exactly what I am talking about and also so you can use them for yourself. I want to help people to do better in life and walk with them and you through your struggles in mornings, anxiety, depression and just better mindset. I believe strongly that anyone can get out of it, it just takes time, effort, and practice.
