There is a light, you just have to find it.

There really is a light within you.
You just have to learn to grasp it, hold on to it, grow within it. People always say "There is a light at the end of the tunnel"and that is so true. There is a CHANCE and an opportunity. You will not be stuck in that tunnel of darkness forever, not if you gather up the courage to move and keep moving forward. I have had a lot of times where I myself have felt "stuck" in darkness. I have felt like I could never amount to anything because I was so good at failing. I felt like failure was my middle name, I cried so much about it. I did not know then, that I had to literally pay real close attention to my HABITS. What was I doing in my free time? Did I even give myself free time? What was free time? Why did I spend most of my time just complaining instead of actually taking steps to do something about it? Ya'll! I had no idea what the heck to do! I didn't know where to even start, I was just quitting alcohol at that time as well. (I have went through recovery twice from alcohol) why did I feel like alcohol was the thing to make me, and also help me to actually get things done? Why was I all of the sudden not capable doing the things that I was? I literally felt that way for even a whole year after I stopped alcohol. We really think that alcohol, drugs, whatever mind altering solution that we put in our bodies to apparently "help" us get through the day. Well, I have something to say, you will never, like ever, get to the end of that tunnel or see that light until you change your everyday HABITS. I started reading books more ( I love to read!) I started to exercise, I paid more attention to my children because you really do not realize how much you really do not spend as much time as you want because your under the influence, intoxicated, etc. Changing your habits is one of the biggest things to do. Even just adding one thing in your everyday routine. I drink water like a fish everyday, if I do not drink water I get major headaches. So, if you do not drink any water, add that to your daily routine. Changing habits changes your life, TRUST ME, I did it! Find your passion, find what makes you happy, find what makes you feel like your shining so bright.
